So in the past couple weeks ive aquired some new phones. I picked up a refurb 8gb iphone from ATT for 249 ive always been iffy on it but the price point has kept me away until I got wind of the deal. Ive been a windows mobile guy for a couple years now and its been a love hate relationship glad to be free of it really. The iphone thus far has been everything I want in a phone (aside from 3g/flash/copy paste) The browser is perfect for on the go. The UI is fantastic and texting with the virtual keyboard is actually pretty sweet. Audio and video quality is nice and its all rolled into a sleek sexy form factor. Only thing that is somewhat dissapointing is the battery life not sure if its because its a refurb or just iphones in general. I get about 1 day out of it which is acceptable I just have to remember to charge it every night. Its on tmobile unlocked and jailbroken so third party apps are hella swank and I didnt have to change my plan. Onto the second new device for work just yesterday I received a blackberry curve now I really hate carrying two devices but I hate getting work calls on my personal phone alot more. It is leaps and bounds smaller then my old 7290 and makes carrying a second device around not so bad. Its kinda like a mullet scenario the iphone is the party in the back and the blackberry is the business in the front.  Now if I can get blackberry connect on the iphone I could get back to one device.

Tis the season to give shiznat to other people right? Not recently in the past couple months ive been a self whore and have bought a bunch of stuff for myself that I dont really need. Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Shuttle XPC, New CPU, new LCD for my laptop, ATI HDTV tuner card and a new set of speakers for my main comp as my old ones dont work well with vista. I cant really justify any of these purchases really and I still need to get my xmas shoppin out of the way before I spend too much on myself. I havent bought anything for myself in a while so once I did I got a little carried away. I feel a bit guilty about it actually but thats that.

I have giant flys zooming around my apartment in novermber! Mainly due to the strange warm weather we have been receiving here in Ohio as of late and the bananas that where left out too long. They drive me nutso and I want them to be keeled. I think im gonna get some ultra strong hairspray like them texas womenz use and start spraying them with that so they cease to move and then smash them to deaths might even throw a lighter in the mix for some fly killing blowtorch action. If this doesnt work I may even opt for fly paper or perhaps a venus flytrap. In any case I am now at war with these killer flys from outer space.

update: It appears that they are cluster flys and they are evil fuckers that just do not go away. The banana didnt attract them they just raid whatever is warm when they are falsely brought out of hibernation during abnormally warm winters.

Ive been saving a decent amount of money as of late and after making my car payment this month I realised that I dont really like having to shovel out moneys every month for zee motorvehicle. I begin to think about ways I could pay my car off in the smallest amount of time possible. After looking in my piggy  bank it looks like this may be easier then I had originally thought. Basicly if I keep saving like I am ill be able to pay off my car in as little as three months time. This would put an extra 400 cashes a month in my pocket which is very attractive and would make life a bit easier.There is only one small minor problem the car is starting to break and im no mechanic or anything but would probably set me back alot for repairs. So do I keep on trucking and fix the car after I pay it off hopeing that it doesnt shit itself or do I make the repair and delay the paying it off part thus making a couple more months of having to make that dreaded car payment.

Sometimes I feel as if my ipod wants to keel me to death. I have a booq bag that has an ipod sleeve built into it rather conveniant actually but not exactly easy to get to when riding a bike. In the morning I usually need to listen to some clever electro stuff with machine gun drum beats to blow my head off its shoulders to keep sane before work. Occasionally ill get lazy and just hit shuffle and throw the ipod into my bag and go. This is where the problem starts.When this happens your pretty much stuck listening to whatever shuffle or “roulette” as I like to call it decides to play. This morning for instance I got cought listening to some Brian Eno normally not a bad thing really but when your trying to wake up and your body could fail you at any given second and decide to insta sleep in the middle of traffic, its the last thing you want to hear.  I am never in tune with the shuffle feature it always seems to play to my exact opposite as if it is some sort of mind facking device. I know I should only have sweet shizzle on my ipod for it to choose from but damn it always seems to find that one or five horrendous tracks that manage to sneak on and constantly play them. Quick someone invent a brainwave reading shuffle feature that will know exactly what to play at all times!

Over the summer I spent many a moon sitting around trying to think of something fun to do mostly to no avail. Now for some odd reason im having a really hard time trying to manage my time as I have way too much social activites to partake in. People are wanting to hang out and alot of interesting things are just happening domino affect like. I attribute this to the centralized communication of like minded people on mechazoid. I actually would like some downtime here soon just to chill out and wind down a bit. Although I will probably not turn anything down just due to the fact that this “social explosion” may not last long at all.

So mechazoid has been down a bagillion times in the past month or so. Dreamhost is the stank ballz these day. For a while things where working like a champ or maybe im just now seeing things go down more often because the forums have been getting a decent amount of traffic as of late and people actually notice when things are down. Anyhow will be looking into getting another host if anyon has any suggestions hook a bruva up.

I am chilling at Cup ’O Joes sipping on a tasty chai freeze and interneting with some botz.The weather was perfect today its on these days that surfing the tubes of internet on the outside seems so much more liberating something about the fresh air and other creatures with a heartbeat doing that whole living thing. Theres this crickett nearby man I love this little dude chripin away like he owns the place, thats right you sing your song its a good one. I shall internet as much as possible on the outside from now on especially when the weather is so nice. I remember when I used to tote zee mini laptop around (RIP) a year or two ago and there wasnt another laptop user in sight nowadays they are everywhere. There is an app waiting to be built some live social networking app for outside interneters to converse and meet other outside interneters. Build it!
